How can I simulation for thermal change using AC voltage? Answered
Hi.
I'm planning to compare two simulation tools.
The object of this simulation is monitor thermal change inside of phantom.
I use hyperthermia which use AC voltage input (220 V)

Here is modeling.
Do you have any example like this? using AC source?
If I have electric field source, how can I use it as input?

Hi there,
We do not have any examples like this but have a look here for some other thermal simulation examples - https://support.onscale.com/hc/en-us/sections/360002968212-Thermal.
You can apply an AC source across a phantom using two electrodes (see piez command) with a sine wave drive signal (see func command).
I hope this helps!
Best Regards,
Chloe.
