Problem writing the numbers with a comma Answered

Hi, I am a beginner with OnScale, i have a problem in writing numbers with a comma, for example when i write 0.1, the "." does not appear!

    Hi there,

     

    Is it possible that your Windows has been changed to use a comma instead of a point? Does a comma work? Does a point work in other applications?

    Hi there,

     

    We have looked into this problem further and are unable to reproduce or find out what could be causing this. I would suggest uninstalling, clearing the OnScale registry and re-installing.

    I think the problem is not solved. It appears for me too. A re-installing did not solve the problem for me. Do you have other suggestions?

    Hi Philipp,

    We tracked down the issue and it is related to non-UK keyboard layouts.

    If you are entering values, the current workaround would be to enter values in scientific notation.

    You should not see this issue if you are using the MATLAB toolbox.
