Analyst not opening :(

I can open Designer and Post processer. However, I cannot use analyst for some reason. When I try to open Analyst, Onscale just shuts down. Is there any way to fix this? Or is there a portable version?

    This is strange. When you see this crash could you send the report log to OnScale so we can see what is happening please. 

     

    A couple of questions to ask:

    • Are you able to run a Designer model successfully?
    • Are you using remote desktop?
    • Does your graphics driver support OpenGL 3 or higher?
    • What version of OnScale are you using? To find this go to Help > About.

    I can't open Analyst either. Can you please help me with this?

    • I'm able to run a Designer model.
    • I'm not using remote desktop.
    • My graphics driver supports OpenGL 4.5.
    • My OnScale version is 1.30.11.0

    I had the same problem and this can be solved by setting display scale size to 100%.
