Can't import geometry Answered

I tried looking in the search bar for a knowledge base or forum topic on this but was not able to find one.

I create a project, open the modeler, click on Import 3D CAD, get past uploading geometry but then every time I get stuck on "Processing geometry" at 25% progress. My file is a very simple 3D single body part, I tried uploading in a native .sldprt file, as well as .x_t and .stp both on latest Chrome and Firefox and was not able to get past this point.
