  Hi there,

  This error message means that the issue is likely in the piez command. Things to look at:

  • Is your voltage specification window covering dielectric materials only or are other materials encompassed within it? This might be happening if you are using piez wndo auto. If there are non-dielectric materials encompassed in the window try separating the window using multiple wndo commands so this doesn't happen
  • After the prcs command use grph plot piez​ to check the electrodes are set up correctly
  • Try using the pardiso solver if not already using the code piez slvr pard
