Optimize Array Model Answered

I have built an array model to inspect titanium grain structure. I was wondering if someone can help tweek some parameters.

At the moment I am using 2 arrays, one on the opposite side of the material from each other.  I am currently using 8 elements per array. However when I look at my plot, my arrays are always off center. I am wondering if there is a way to always have the array positioned center to the material.

I have used the built in Titanium in the  OnScale library just so the plots come up quickly, but I will be reading in my own grain maps.

There are 2 lines specifically in my code (Lines 43  & 50) which may be causing the issue but I have tried several  other ideas and I can't seem to figure this out.

I am wondering if someone would be kind enough to look at the code and suggest any improvements.

I can share the relevant files no problem but I think there was an issue before when trying to share files via Strathclyde OneDrive.

Thanks

Dave :)
