Post processor animated 2D shape plot_scale factor

Hi,

I'd like to generate 2D shape animations using shap in analyst mode.

And normalize with the same code in the example: https://support.onscale.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017509352-Mode-Shape-Normalisation 

1. after normalization, is the resulted displacement data in a unit of (m/applied Volt)? 

2. in the Post Processor, I can modify the "scale factor". What would scale factor value imply? Does value 1 mean 1000X magnified vibration amplitude? 

I would like to get a proper magnification of the result shape vibration animation.
