pzflex license 回答済み
Inherited a laptop with PZflex from a previous engineer who worked for my company. I am getting a license error when I start up PZflex: "Limited functionality - flex.key file does not validate desktop". The flex.key file is a single line of unintelligible text when I open in notepad. The license is supposed to be a standalone lifetime license. I'm basically operating in the dark as PZflex appears to have disappeared from the internet. Anyone resolved this type of issue before?

Hi Mason,
What is the name of your company and the name of your colleague who gave you the PC? PZFlex has been a retired product since 2018 so there is no longer support for it, but I can try to help you get the license working again.

From our records it looks like Matchstick Technologies purchased a usb dongle license. Do you have the dongle to hand, the license is tied to this so you need to insert this into your machine for PZFlex to work. As I said, PZFlex has been out of support for a long time so unfortunately the best I can do is offer some troubleshooting instructions here.
We moved the Flex solvers into a cloud connected product called OnScale, if you are interesting in purchasing a license for this, we can support this.
