Dear Support,

One of our user tried to build a model with primitives function, and the system crashed(screen became all black) after set up size by define primitive.


Please help us to check this issue. Thank you.

    Hi Selena,

    This is a bug with the primitive tool. If you are building a model with primitives please use the primitives available for selection in the Home tab
