How to calculate acoustic impedance on the top edge of FBAR 回答済み

Hi

I have followed the Onscale tutorial to simulate a 2D Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator (FBAR). 

In this case I need to apply Q factor of 1000 

and

calculate resonance and anti-resonance frequencies

and

calculate acoustic impedance on the top edge of the top electrode.

 

Could anybody please help me and learn me how to do these?

    Hi Ali,

    Check out this video for extracting impedance. From the impedance, you can extract the resonance/anti-resonance frequencies.
