Is Fluid Physics not available right now, or is that just for Free tier?

Hi, I'm more than a little confused by what is actually available in this platform. It looks like Fluid Physics isn't available yet? Why does it say "Coming Soon" when you have demo videos from 2 years ago?

Is this a free tier thing even though your pricing page says "Full Multiphysics"?
