New users need to contact sales@onscale.com to activate your 10 CH per month. Once sales@onscale.com recieve your email they will activate your free account.

After you signup you should recieve a verification email detailing this process.

    I'm not a new user and have run several models in the past few months. However, the problem just occurred yesterday. Can you help to investigate on it ? I'm now not able to submit jobs to compute due to the issue you posted.

    Unfortunately this is happening to some older users also. If you email sales@onscale.com they will get this sorted for you asap.
