Error Submitting Job Answered

Dear OnScale Support Team,

 

I was using OnScale just a few hours ago and it suddenly gives me an error (Error Submitting Job) saying that "your account e5fd2836-4850-4ac1-8d06-bd4440064ce9 may not use onscalelab !job.not.allow.onscalelab!".

Please help me out with this asap. Thank you.

    Assuming you are using your academic email address for OnScale I have asked for your account to be enabled for the desktop version. I will let you know when it is done.

  • Hi Laura,

    I'm assuming you signed up for an OnScale account with your starthclyde email address?

    When you sign up you can't run simulations until you contact sales@onscale.com. Once they recieve your email someone will activate your account.

    But I can do this now if you aren't using your strathclyde email can you please let me know what email address you are using.
