HIFU Model Pulsed error in J index range Answered

Hello!

 

I have been following the HIFU model example for my own work and have gotten on pretty well except for an error in my J index range.

 

The code as well as estimate is attached in a google drive folder. Please let me know if I did something wrong or if you have a better idea as to what the error message means.

    Hi Claire,

    Youll need to look at the the logic defining the variables jmidn.The model has j13 = 989 but jmid100 = 22984 this is why you are getting index out of range errors
