TVR error

hello 

when I put a fine mesh on the basis of mesh convergence analysis on my model by using OnScale designer mode, it shows error on TVR plot like this.

 

please give me a solution for this problem as soon as possible.

    Can you also try doing the extrapolation with a Review script instead. If there is an error, what is the error?

    i am sharing few images of review script of my model. Can i get to know that, where should i edit to remove the above error of TVR plot.
