  You can use the "log axis" check box to plot the y axis with a logarithmic scale.

  Thanks to you, I got this graph like the example.

  

  But there is a difference in the y axis.

  That is not possible in this product. It is not a computation environment. However, you can your export your data and to the application that you used to create those plots and do it there.
