Issues to setup a Designer geometry 回答済み

Hello,

I'm currently facing several issues while trying to setup an imported geometry:

1) The OnScale software crashes when I try to add keypoints. On the tutorial videos I can see that the selected edge is highlighted when a keypoint is added. There is nothing like that in my case.When I try to click on an edge the software brutaly closes (error reported).

2) When I preview the model, I can only see one material on screen whereas I can see the complete geometry in the model view.

3) I can't change the location of a Time History output. The defaut value is 0.0 for all the axes, and remains 0.0 even after I change it.

I guess that these problems are probably linked together, but I can't figure out what I need to do. Thank you for your help.

 edit: by changing the model units from m to µm, I am now able to change the Time History location, but only for an integer value

    Hi there Dominique,

    It sounds like you are using an older version of our software as these issues were present in previous versions. Could I ask what version you are using? You can see this by selecting the About button in the Help tab of the ribbon.

    Our newest version is 1.21.5.0 which is available to download via the following link: https://onscale.com/about-software

    Hi Chloe,

    Thank you for your answer. You are right, I'm currently using the version 1.20.48.0.

    May I suggest you to display the current build number on the website or at least in the name of the installer? Perhaps it is written somewhere but I didn't manage to find it yesterday.
