How to change 'core hour request limitation?' 回答済み

I got an error saying "The job request exceeds your core hour request limitation of 150..! account.job.over.limit!" when I tried to run a model of 250 core hours. But I don't remember setting the core hour limit neither are my core hours left are 150 hours. I don't know why such an error is popping out. Could you help me check this issue?

    Hi there,

    The maximum amount of core hours available for a single job is set to 150 CHs by default. You can increase this by going to the portal > Accounts then click on your email address and edit the Max CHs Per Request
