Young's Modulus

Follow

Young's Modulus (also known as the modulus of elasticity E) is the numerical value which defines the stiffness of a material measured in Newtons per square meter. Young's Modulus is a measure of how easily a material stretches and deforms.

Young’s modulus = stress/strain
