Is it possible to create my own sophisticated absorbing boundary condition? Answered
Hello,
I am trying to create my own sophisticated absorbing boundary conditions for guided wave simulations. Is it possible to do this in OnScale?
The "absr" boundary condition does not absorb all the boundary reflections in the case of anisotropic / composite material modeling thats why I am trying to create a customized, sophisticated non-reflective boundary (NRB) which we use in ANSYS APDL and COMSOL and try and implement that in OnScale so that I get faster results using HPC.
Thanks

Thanks for your reply Chloe. I read the article and have a question.
How is the file , myfilename.flxffl written? What is it's syntax?
Hi Robin,
A flxffl is a free field boundary. Take a look at this article.
