HI

how to design a complex model by coding，as the following picture？

The graph in the picture is drawed by AutoCAD.

① is a chamfer ，② are arcs and ③ is a fillet.

And there is also a variable section in the grapg.

It is so complex that I can't design it by coding in Analyst .

Hi

Instead you could export a 2D/3D CAD file and use the CAD commands (see command reference) to read the geometry.

Supported formats: .step .iges .brep .stl .bdf .obj .sldprt .x_t .b_t .sat .sab .poly .csv .prim3d

All you need to do is use the CAD command to read the geometry and set mesh type but the rest of the model creation will be the same.
