I'm doing a kind of complicated squared membrane structure design in which I need to cross slit the top electrode and piezoelectric material. any hint regarding this issue? how I can do the design? same as the picture below.

Welcome to the forum!
There are a couple of ways you could create this geometry:
For building the electrode using basic shapes this would be quite complex, I would recommend one of the first two options.

based on your answer .im not familiar with the analysis mode I am doing my work based on the design mode.
I did the geometry-based on that see figure below, but I FACE problem to define the electrode node as mention on the output file errors

I want to define the loads as top and bottom electrodes the issue here I think with top electrode since it is divided into four sections how I can define the top electrode to run the simulation.
hint: I am using free pakege

Sorry about the delay in reply. In regards to the question youy asked

This is a similar issue to your square PMUT, keypoints are your friend here especially because the element size is so large currently I'd recommend keypointing the circular model along the x-axis and change the mesh configuration because as present the circular geometry isn't captured
