why can't I run the simulation ? 回答済み

hey,

I downloaded the example from : Analyst>examples>NDT>Full Matrix Capture 2D. But when I opened it through the Desktop Application OnScale on my computer and clicked the Run on Cloud button,there was no any result.Please tell me why and how to deal with it.

    Hi,

    Could you please share both of the model files via your preferred cloud file sharing service so we can take a look at the code to make sure everything is set up correctly.

    I downloaded the model from the example base,as the following picture shows.The code itself has no error.There must be something wrong elsewhere.

    The  picture is that I sent to your personal email for the first time.And I have emailed to you again.Then，I have also emailed to the support mail just now，and received the replication says that my request  has been received and is being reviewed by  support staff.

    Please tell me Which mailbox received my email so that I can mail to you again.

    There is a problem that I don't know why the console log file can not be download. I clicked the download button and saved it,but then I checked the folder where I saved the file， no the console log file is in .

    And now I  have a very serious problem that I can't start the Onscale desktop application.I have posted it but nobody replied me.Please take a look at my new post and help me solute it.
