Hello! I am back again. 

Now that I have been able to run my simulation and it says that it is finished, when I go to download the output it does not seem to do anything. Is there another way that I ought to download this?

    Hi Ruth,

    Can you tell me the job name that you are trying to download (e.g. PZT_2D-20220706-165824) please?

    The job name that I am trying to download is as follows: 

    skulltestclean-20220707-081136

    Hi Ruth,

    Your simulation failed. That is why there are no results to download.

    To see what caused this, you should download the .flxprt file to help you debug the issue.
